it out and try the ORIGINAL BAMBOO SPECIAL and our NU BLU BOO SPECIAL. Boo OPEN every day 8AM to 2AM. SUNDAY Noon-2AM.
Remember when you could relax after work with a draft beer or a "Bamboo Special" and listen to some great big band
music and just throw yourself back in time to an imaginary island in the Pacific?. Those are the things I miss most of
all after hurricane Charlie destroyed my local water hole. I am sure there is a lot of You out there in the Central Florida
area that share my feelings. The Nu Bamboo is now OPEN from 8AM to 2AM. So far, the Ladies and Mens rooms are
still in working order and we do apologize for the convenience. We are located across the street from the "Original"
in front of the Carefree Inn and Suites. Along the way we will be adding planes, trains and ambulances in front of NuBoo to
help you locate us.
Ralph Kent was always a core institution of the "Original" and with the permission of
his wife, Linda, he will be remembered by a memorial barstool and lots of his artwork will be on permanent display..
Please bookmark and make visiting this site a habit, as we'll be updating it as we get closer to our "Grand

Chris Chapman made a wonderful logo. And you will see that on every news letter
fro Nu Boo.
One of Ralph's old chess sets have been donated by Linda Kent. It can be used for recreational purposes
together with games like Trivial Pursuit, Jeopardy, Dominoes, Yatzee and various board games. But NEVER expect a pool table,
juke box or electronic games in the Boo. It will be placed in an ajacent room for the gamers to enjoy..
